I enjoy motivating others in sports, wellness and nutrition. In additional to counseling and teaching fitness classes, I have served as a nutrition science instructor at the collegiate level and am the nutrition expert and creator of the 8 week “Clean and Green Eating Plan” including 75 plus recipes in Prevention’s book, Younger in 8 Weeks.

ANDIE B. SCHWARTZ
M.ED, RDN, CLC, CSCS, NCSA-CPT, RYT

My passion for performance nutrition is rooted in my own story. As a young competitive athlete, I unknowingly developed REDs (Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport) and struggled to meet the demands of training without proper nutrition. The result was a sacral stress fracture that kept me from competing my senior year of high school and led to a redshirt freshman year in college. That experience sparked a lifelong commitment to understanding how to fuel my body for strength, endurance, and long-term health.

Now, with over 30 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Certified Personal Trainer, and Registered Yoga Teacher, I help active women and performance athletes feel confident in their fueling strategy. I blend real-world athletic experience—including NCAA competition and representing Team USA in international triathlon—with expert-level clinical knowledge to deliver a science-backed, sustainable approach to nutrition and performance.

Whether you’re training for your next race, building strength, or navigating the demands of an active lifestyle, my coaching helps you fuel smarter, recover faster, and show up at your strongest—physically and mentally.

Home Life

At home, she's passionate about raising her two kids that compete in multiple youth sports year round with healthy eating habits and mindfulness. She coaches them off and on the youth player field to fuel with nutrient-dense foods and they create feel-good meals that support their healthy lifestyle.

Like an athletic version of the Brady Bunch, you can find them biking, running, swimming, or playing basketball and soccer together in their spare time.

When Andie isn’t busy being her family’s team captain, she enjoys spending time outdoors, gardening, training for running, swimming and triathlon races, Stand Up Paddling (SUP), or teaching and practicing Yoga.
